About Natalie Brescia

Natalie Brescia is an American artist who was born in California. Brescia received a Bachelors of Arts in Fine Art from the University of California, Santa Cruz and is currently attending Massachusetts College of Art and Design as a Masters of Fine Art in Photography candidate. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally and encompasses photographic narratives rooted in the dissection of identity, environment, ascribed meaning, and memory. Brescia has a background in digital imaging, color management systems, professional photography, and darkroom practices. She previously served as the Digital Imaging and Lab Specialist within the Art Department at the University of California, Santa Cruz and currently works as an Art Handler and Installer at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston.
